How long does shipping take?
We offer two options: Free Shipping (7–21 business days) and Flat Rate Shipping ($220 for 5–11 business days).
Do you ship large lifts via freight?
Yes. Most 2-post, 4-post, and mobile column lifts are shipped via freight carriers. Please ensure your location has forklift access or request liftgate service.
Do your lifts come with installation instructions?
Absolutely. All products include manuals, and many come with online installation guides or videos. Contact us if you need assistance.
Can I install the lift myself?
We recommend professional installation, especially for hydraulic and column lifts. However, some lighter products like jack lifts or single-post lifts may be suitable for DIY assembly with proper tools.
